My son (pet son) just turned 1 and of course we threw him a birthday bash fit for a doggie king! =) My entire family came to celebrate...along with many gifts for the pup of the day. It was a blast! I even had party favors. They were "doggie bags" filled with puppy food (which were Reese's Coco Puffs Cereal and bone shaped sugar cookies.)

Temecula Wines
An experience I was not able to blog about (due to my busy life) was of Leoness Winery. We took a lovely wine tour throughout Temecula's beautiful family owned wineries...but one truly stuck with me. The Leoness family own a beautiful and elegant grape vineyard and winery. It was such a beauty! The wines were like nothing I have every tasted in my life. We have never purchased cheap wine since! It really is not the same.
Walk in Walt's Footsteps...
Recently, we took an adventure through Disneyland...but not just any adventure! It was a special guided tour called "A Walk in Walt's Footsteps." The tour guide was so insightful and highly knowledgeable. We toured all of Disneyland while listening to fun factoids and trivia through our headphones. It was quite a treat....but the cherry on top was being able to step into both Club 33 and the holy grail...Walt's very own apartment above the Fire Station. I was paralyzed as we entered the apartment. An experience I will truly never forget, especially for a Disney Nerd such as myself.

Tiki Oasis!
This past weekend we enjoyed a fun weekend at Tiki Oasis in San Diego. We had such a blast! We are already planning for next year!
A wedding made with love...
Of course most everything had to be handmade in our wedding. That is just the kind of gal I am. Here are some details in the wedding that I made myself or altered.
1. The dress was purchased in the fashion district in LA for A STEAL! I won't even say how much because even I felt like I was robbing the vendor. I altered the bustline a bit to look a little more dramatic and gathered. The entire back of the dress was accented with vintage satin covered buttons which I hand sewed onto the dress. I believe there ended up being 120 buttons or so. The bolero was not included with the dress so it is hand made.
You can see below the buttons on the back of the dress.
Look at that bodice detailing!
2. My Bouquet was also handmade by myself! I picked up these gorgeous latex florals in the Fashion District in LA through my supplier for "Andy's Eye Candy." I handpicked an array of different blooms (roses, dahlias, etc.) I then wrapped the stems with baby pink satin ribbon and glued pearls along the satin covered stem.
3.All the invitations, programs and stationary were also handmade.
4. All the bouquets and buttoners for the bridal party were also handmade by myself. Both were made with artificial carnations. I was not about to spend big bucks on real flowers...these things last forever! ;)
6 Months Hitched!
Today we celebrate the little milestone of hitting six months in marriage. I couldn't be happier!!! I have slowly edited our amazing photographs (due to our crazy schedules.) I can't stop looking at them.

We finally got hitched!
While we were away from blogging, I married the love of my life!!! Albrech and I got married on Saturday, February 23rd, in beautiful Upland, CA. The day was filled with love and everything just came out so beautifully. I have many more details and pictures to come!
Away much too long!
So sorry that I have been away...but I am excited to get back to blogging! I have been making some new hair clips for the Andy's Eye Candy line and starting to make my own clothes. Lots more to blog about soon!
